In my opinion, this class can be considered good because leadership is an important in all of us. As we know, as a future engineer, I think we must to learn how to be a good leader. In this class, I could learn even a little about the nature and characteristics of a leader. That is bold, assertive, and more, and if you want to know more, please come to this class ok...haha.. Thank to Mr. Ahmad because he has teach a lot of knowledge about leadership, even though I rarely attend, due to certain reasons, but not lazy. (Hehe)...
Sometimes, i feel so board and so sleepy in this class, i think it is because this class start at 4 p.m, and me from Gambang, only have bus at 12p.m, so i need to wait until 4 with very patient to come in this lovely class. Ok, i think that's all from me, maybe have some more, but it enough for now..and also thanks to Mr. Ahmad, because of him, i have learn how to make this blog..
For me, this leadership skills class is not just a class that I attend. It is more than that. It is a bank of leadership knowledge. I did learn many things from this class.
ReplyDeleteThough I had many experiences in many kind of leadership types, and most of them are military type leadership - as my father was an Air Force officer and I was in Royal Military College. Besides that, I also had experience to be a leader for sport teams, community service programs, international projects and so on.
Once people heard about me, they might amazed of what I had experience but for me, the are a lot of rooms that I need to improve. I still have some weakness that I need to get over.
However, this class somehow did make me better than before. One of the things that I learned is the ethics of leaders. It make me more prepared when I know some ethics - that sometimes I missed some important things when I became a leader.
Thanks to Mr. Ahmad who teach these knowledge to the class. I never think this is a subject that I have to take and a class that I have to attend to complete my study but I always think that this is an opportunity to gain knowledge and make myself better.

lot of wisdom and knowledge because there
are 34 scholars including him in this
knowledge bank.
2. He earned some experiences as a leader and
underwent ground training on military-type
of leadership. For instance, he led team of
sport, community service programme,
international related projects etc. After
all, he was a former student of RMC and his
father worked for Air Force Team. Although
people around him look in admiration,

things that he need to learn and improve.
